T & C’s

The following Terms and Conditions (hereafter ‘Terms’) governs your use of the website, arhypnotherapy.co.uk. These terms govern your use or purchase of the products including recorded audios and videos, provided through or in connection with the website. These terms also govern your use and or purchase of the services provided through or in connection with the website, including individual and group programmes, including face to face and online. (hereafter all products and services provided by the company including but not limited to, therapy and information refers to as ‘Services’).

Each time you use the services of the website you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms you may not use the website, or services in connection with the website.

The website, and all services in connection with the website are provided by the Company AR Hypnotherapy Ltd.

References to ‘you’, ‘your,’ ‘participant,’ ‘client’ refers to all users of the companies website and services.

References to the ‘website’, ‘arhypnotherapy.co.uk,’ ‘Anita Rampal’, ‘I’, ‘Me’, ‘My’ ‘our’ ‘us’ ‘we’ relates to AR Hypnotherapy Ltd.

Cancellations

For individual appoitments only, the company requires 24 hours’ notice in order that I might offer your appointment to another client. Failure to give 24 hours’ notice will result in the charge being made for your appointment. Please telephone 07762929051 to cancel or re-arrange your appointment.

If I have to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, I will reschedule that missed appointment with you at a mutually agreeable time.

For Group programmes if one or more event cannot be attended in person or online, you will be provided the materials of that session and will not be refunded for the payment of that missed part of the event, or the total cost of the programme. You may be offered to attend a similar group session at a later time at the discretion of the company.

Liability

My liability of any kind (including negligence) with respect to the Company website or services, for any one appointment or programme is limited to the total fees which you (user) have paid to us (company), in the one month before the event complained of.

In no event (including negligence) will the company be liable for any: (a) economic losses, (b) damage (c) loss of goodwill or reputation; (d) event we cannot reasonably control, including resulting from us complying with legal moral obligations

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence (ii) fraudulent misrepresentation (iv) any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is, for any reason, invalid and/or unenforceable, as determined in an appropriate Court of proper jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Confidentiality

All information, whether verbal or written in notes, is treated as strictly private and confidential. I have a responsibility both to you as user of the companies services and to the community at large. Some moral and legal limitations therefore apply to confidentiality. These limitations mainly concern risk of serious self-harm, harm to others, and child protection issues. If a situation arises in which the moral or legal limits of confidentiality are exceeded, I will discuss this with you and explain the reasons at the time.

Confidentiality and Privacy within Group Programmes:

Since certain information may be discussed to you or other participants during group programmes, it is important, that you help us maintain your privacy and confidentiality and those of other participants by acknowledging and agreeing:

i) that the information discussed by other participants at the group programme may be private or confidential; and

ii) not to directly, or indirectly communicate or disclose (whether in writing, orally or in any other manner) any information that is stated by a participant to be “confidential”, if disclosed within the group programmes.

As a participant and user of the companies website and services, we may hold and store your personal data (including your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, photograph, and credit card (under certain circumstances)) to (i) pay for services, (ii) provide detail of our other services to you or (ii) to complete internal administration related to you.

We may contact you (by mail, email, telephone, SMS or via the Internet) in relation to Arhypnotherapy Services or other company events, products or services in which you may be interested. If you wish to opt-out of such communications, please write to us at anita@arhypnotherapy.co.uk

The new GDPR data protection regulations, require that I inform you of how the company uses your data, therefore please read the companies privacy policy.

Micellaneous

Services will be provided with reasonable care and skill, however in the event of any query or complaint in connection with the company please contact anita@arhypnotherapy.co.uk

For the benefit of participants within the group we reserve the right to request that you leave the programme at any time. In which case we do not need to specify a reason.

This agreement is not enforecable by any third party ( whether under statute or otherwise)

Any reference or mention to the word ‘advice’ during group programmes should be taken to mean ‘general advice’ as all the material presented during the programme does not purport nor intend to be personal and or specific advice.

Contraindications and Medication

Some medical conditions require consent from your doctor before hypnotherapy can commence. I have the right to refuse therapy if you have a contraindication which may affect your condition. If you are unsure about commencing individual sessions and or group programmes due to a health concern please contact your GP at first instance. You will need to contact anita@arhypnotherapy.co.uk so that I may advise you of the contraindications and whether you are a suitable candidate/ user before commencing individual therapy or group programmes.

I am not a Doctor and do not recommend discontinuance of medically prescribed treatment or consultation. The techniques and tools are an adjunctive and complementary therapy for self-healing, self-help and behaviour modification and are not a substitute for medicine. Clients must contact their GP with regards to varying or changing medication.

As a user within group programmes and individual appointments you agree that the statements attached relating to your health are accurate and true and if at any time during the programme you become distressed or those statements become untrue I ask you to inform me immediately or after the event.

Disclaimer

While the company uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information the company specifically disclaims any and all responsibility for the accuracy, content, legality, operability of information displayed in the website either now or created in the future. The company disclaims any responsibility or liability for any harm resulting from using or purchasing services, information or material on the internet, and through the company website or in connection with the website. Without limiting the foregoing, the company shall not be held liable for any delays or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond its control including but not limited to internet failures, computer equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power strikes, performance of third parties.

Intellectual property

You acknowledge and agree:

All materials relating to us, whether presented before, during or after the programme are part of our “intellectual property rights”, which includes registered and unregistered rights in any copyright, patents, knowhow, trade secrets, trademarks, trade names, design rights, get-up, database rights, and all similar rights;

You will not, at any time, do anything that would infringe our intellectual property rights, including recording, reusing, reselling or reproducing, in whole or in part, except without our prior written consent.

Payment

Payment must be made in full in advance for individual and group programmes. This can be via cash and credit/debit cards at the therapy room, via bank transfer or via my online checkout process. (see below) Payment is non-refundable.

As part of my checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the services you have ordered. Any order placed by you for services advertised on our website is an offer by you to purchase the services selected in your order. No contract exists between you and us for the provision of services until we have received your order and accepted it (which we may do at our discretion). Our acceptance of an order takes place when we activate the service or send you confirmation by email, even if your payment has been processed immediately. We may refuse in our discretion to accept an order: (a) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; (b) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or (c) if you are under 18 years of age . (d) services or information ordered by you are not available;

Where we do not accept your order but have processed your payment, we will re-credit your account with any amount deducted by us from your debit or credit card as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to pay any additional amount as compensation for disappointment.

Results

Whilst clients, the company has worked with, have reported powerful changes, individual results may vary from person to person. This is because clients are individual and every person is unique.

Commitment and following instructions, applying the information will help to make the results more effective.Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process. Not because you should, but because you want to. Engagement in the process is required for results. The user acknowledges that success of users business depends on the users understanding, application of tools, skills, effort and committment.The Company does not represent, warrant or guarantee that the user will achieve any particular result of purchasing and using Company products, services and information. Code of Ethics and Professional Practice

I am fully insured and I am a registered member of the UKHC (UK Hypnotherapy Council). I accept and follow the principles within the Code of Ethics and Professional Practice in Hypnotherapy, as laid down by the UKHC. A copy of this can be found on the UKHC’s website.
