Rather than just reducing calories that you are likely to put on again, hypnosis gets you in touch with why you unconsciously eat.

The weight control and diet industry are now massive, promising weight loss through selling diet shakes, pills, attending weight loss clubs and delivering confusing diet messages. But this cannot work long term if your reasons for being overweight are connected with emotional patterns of eating. I combine Hypnotherapy with Cognitive Behavioural Techniques and NLP (Nero -Linguistic Programming) to give you healthy self-management tools when you enrol on the Rain Drop Weight Loss Programme at my Therapy Rooms.

During these five sessions in the therapy room and the tasks that you complete in - between sessions, I will show you how to raise your self- esteem whatever size you are. I will help you to make more healthier choices, be more motivated to be more active, as well as release lifelong negative thinking and habits around food and your body image.
